We produce short-form content, campaign activations, animated work, music videos, and branded audio like custom jingles and slogans. Everything is built in-house by artists who understand both culture and craft from concept to execution.

TYPE LOUD started from a passion for cultivation, creativity, and a need for fresh, authentic voices in cannabis advertising.
We’re built by people who live the culture and want to bring that energy into everything we create. We’re not just marketing we are a creative studio, crafting stories, visuals, and ideas that capture the spirit behind the plant.
While cannabis inspired our beginning, we’re open to working with any brand that shares our bold, culture-first mindset.

FOUNDER / CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Zakaria Khafagy is a multidisciplinary artist from Queens, New York, with roots in film, theatre, music, graphic design, animation, painting, and illustration. As a former cannabis workforce advocate and budtender, Zakaria witnessed firsthand the creative disconnect between cannabis brands and the communities they serve.
In 2020, Zakaria was commissioned by the renowned Ping Chong and Company to create an original animation and short film, further blending his storytelling and visual art practice into compelling multidimensional works. Out of that creative momentum, Type Loud Co was born as a culture driven creative studio offering clever, art forward solutions for an industry still navigating the shadows of digital prohibition. Zakaria saw the need for marketing that felt raw, honest, and imaginative. Work that actually speaks to people who use cannabis, not just the ones selling it.
Whether transforming a brand’s story into a visual anthem or hacking the algorithm with subversive style, Zakaria leads with one question
